Investment Opportunity! Mariculture Company Offers Lease-To-Own Fish Cages

A Filipino-owned company involved in the production of Fish Cages has thrown its full support to my advocacy to boost Fish Production in the country by offering Ready-To-Use Mariculture Cages on a Lease-To-Own scheme.
INCA Mariculture Philippines, a former American company acquired by Filipino entrepreneur Ralph Cabrera, said the Lease-To-Own Scheme for its Fish Cages was designed to allow Mariculture investors to start the project with just a small capitalization.
INCA Philippines has designed two types of fish cages, the floating fish cage ideal for coves and bays with calm waters and the submersible fish cages for areas with rough waters during the monsoon and typhoon season.
The Japanese-designed submersible fish cages could be pulled down underwater during the typhoon or “habagat” and could be reflected when the waters calm down.
Yesterday, INCA Philippines Vice President Jonathan T. Cabasa sent me graphs showing the cost of the fish cages, the investments involved and the projected income.

This is a perfect example of the private sector supporting the Food Security Program of government by filling up the void caused by the notorious delay of government banks in financing agriculture and aquaculture projects.
