Legislative Agenda #7! Revive, Support Steel Industry, Agri, Wood, Bamboo Processing

In China, these iron ores are processed into steel products and then exported back to the Philippines for our construction needs.
In the process, we lost the added value to our raw materials and the jobs involved into the processing of these materials.
Ang culprit dito ay ang kawalan ng suporta ng ating mga so-called economic experts to local industries which would process our raw materials into high value products creating jobs in the process.
We could tweak this concept by assisting start up corporations and small farmers and fishermen’s groups involved in the processing of their products by providing them with low-interest and long term loans with added grants.
The LINDA could boost the growth of our local industries which would make use of local raw resources thus providing income to the local producers while creating jobs for our people in the countryside.
Kung magagawa natin ito, we will usher in an inclusive economic growth at maiwasan na natin ang pagpangibang-bayan ng ating mga asawa at anak para lamang makapagtrabaho.
