Now, they are offering a long-term loan of P44-B to fund and construct 6,200 units of Solar-Powered Irrigation System which would provide water to 500,000 hectares of rice farms.
They are also willing to help us develop our dairy industry also through a long-term loan.

There is another special relationship between Israel and the administration of President Rody Duterte.
His wife, Elizabeth Zimmerman, belongs to a Jewish family from Germany who settled in the Philippines.
That makes Presidential children Paolo, Sara and Sebastian Filipinos with Jewish blood.
“That’s why they feel very close to us,” President Duterte said when I told him about the P44-B loan offer by the Israeli Government.
