A Unique Banana! No Bunches, No Hands; Just Extra Large Fingers

Early last year, somebody brought two suckers of a new banana variety which I planted beside my farm home.
Early yesterday morning, I had the biggest surprise of my life when I saw the tall banana with fully-developed fruits.
The other trunk was also starting to blossom.
What makes these bananas unique is that the fruits are large and they did not come in a bunch.
They also did not grow from the usual Banana hands.
I tried searching for pictures in Google of a similar banana fruit to identify the variety but failed to find one.
I also do not recall who it was who gave the two suckers to me.
Are there agronomists and plant experts out there who could help me identify this Banana variety?
