The partnership between my farm, Braveheart Farms, and the University of Southern Mindanao (USM) involves exposing Veterinary and Veterinary Technology students to actual farm experience.
They do actual work in our free-range chicken yards, goat feeding and Aqua-Vet.
After their 3-week farm stay, we give them a small financial remuneration which covers their expenses.
Today, we had four new graduates bringing to at least 60 students already trained in the farm.
