The National Food Authority will allocate 1,000 bags of rice to be sold at P27 per kilo while farmers groups from Central Luzon will offer well-milled local rice at P39 per kilo.
White shrimps farmers from all over the country will sell Vannamei while Tilapia farmers from Central Luzon and Bangus from Pangasinan will also be available.
Fruits and vegetables from Mindanao will be shipped in.
Tomato farmers from Kalayaan, Laguna whose unsold tomatoes went viral on social media recently will bring 3 tons of tomatoes.
The Taguig City TienDA Malasakit Store will be held at the Taguig Lakeshore Hall in Lower Bicutan.
It will be the second engagement by the DA with a Metro Manila LGU in a program which offers consumers basic food items sold directly by farmers and fishermen at farm gate prices.
Earlier, the DA partnered with the Muntinlupa City Government in staging a TienDA Malasakit Store last week.
The program is expected to be replicated in other cities and towns in Metro Manila to stabilize the supply and prices of basic food commodities.
