After a long dragging count of votes, incumbent District 2 Congresswoman Nancy A. Catamco has edged out the patriarch of the moneyed political dynasty in North Cotabato to win the Governorship of the province.
I feel the wind of change blowing and I smell sweet scent of hope.
The time has come for political vindictiveness and hatred to be thrown into the waste basket and start life anew as a brothers and sisters in one peaceful community.
