At the sorghum model farm at Makilala, North Cotabato with Sec. Manny Pinol, Gov. Alfredo G. Marañon Jr., Vice Mayor Jun Piñol of Kidapawan City and Dr. Noy Marañon. Sorghum can be ratooned for 3 times in a year, the stalks can be a source of silage for livestock. This can be a potential alternative crop for the Province of Negros Occidental if the market is available.
