Today, we harvested the fruits of our second mature “Saging Tindok” (sn: Musa paradisiaca var: magna).
While it only has 9 large fingers, they are large enough to feed a family for several days.
I am propagating the “Tindok” through tissue culture because I believe it has great potentials in the production of chips.
Many of my friends, including my cousin-in-law, Irish-Australian Gary Keane, said the “Tindok” Chips taste a lot like Potato Chips.
Well, potato chips are made out of imported potatoes while “Tindok” chips are grown by Filipino farmers.
