First ‘Tindok’ Harvest!

On a rainy day, we harvested our first “Saging Tindok” (sn: Musa paradisiaca var: magna), one of the two which we planted in the farm over a year ago.
The “Tindok,” called Plantain in English, is endemic to South Asian & Pacific countries, including South America.
The “fingers” are large and ideal for Banana Chips making.
