From MRT to LRT QC TO MANILA IN 30 MINS. THAT’S A VERY FAST TRIP

I am really starting to like these train rides.

Pressed for time this morning because of a very tight schedule, I and two staff members took the LRT from Roosevelt Station in Quezon City to Quirino Station in Manila.

I was actually catching up with a scheduled press conference in San Andres, Manila where Sec. Mon Lopez of Trade and the heads of the three agencies recently returned to the DA were present.

I had to employ the same strategy I used the other day.

A vehicle was sent ahead to wait for me at the Quirino Station while another brought me from the DA office in Quezon City to the Roosevelt Starting Station of the LRT.

It proved to be another smooth ride and I was in San Andres in 30 minutes.

A lot of time saved and frayed nerves avoided.
