Our advocacy to encourage Filipinos to plant more fruit trees in the highlands continues.
One of the Fruit Trees ideal for highland planting is Jackfruit.
In the Braveheart Farm & Nursery which I and my family operate, we have thousands of seedlings of the EVIARC Sweet Jackfruit.
This variety is also known as the “Abuyog Sweet” because this was developed by the East Visayas Agricultural Research Center (EVIARC) of the Dept. of Agriculture in Abuyog, Leyte.
