Tapos na ang negotiation inaprubahan ng Israel at nagpagawa na ng 2 units na proto-type sa Lumban, Laguna.
That was in 2019.
Now, it’s 2021 and nothing had been heard of from the Dept. of Agriculture or the NEDA ICC.
I hope this will not end up like the National Fertilizer Loaning Program.
