It’s a Blessed Sunday! 3-Yr-Old Sweetwater Coconut Starts Flowering

Making rounds of my farm early today, I was delighted to discover that the Sweetwater Coconuts I planted almost 3 years ago are starting to produce inflorescence.
The Sweetwater Coconuts were given to me by Brother Rey Quisumbing when I visited his farm in Kumalarang, Zamboanga del Sur.
After planting, I forgot all about the SWCs until this morning.
Imagine, if I did not plant the seed nuts three years ago, I would have wasted three years!
Ngayon, in about 8 to 10 months, makakatikim na ako ng matamis na tubig ng buko.
