Grains Cleaning Machine For Sorghum, Corn, Rice
After what seemed like an eternity, our long wait for a China-made De-Bearding and Cleaning Machine for Sorghum is finally over.
On Thursday, a week after it arrived at the Port of Davao, Green Valley Machinery through its brokerage firm, Hanrenz Trucking, delivered the machine to our work station in Palkan, Polomolok, South Cotabato.
With a rated capacity of 5-metric tons per hour, the De-Bearding Machine will now allow us to deliver clean and polished grains to our clients.
This machine could also be used in cleaning and sorting Rice Seeds for our local seed producers and Corn Grains.
While waiting for this machine, our equipment supplier, Green Valley Machinery, fabricated a smaller cleaner which we used for sometime.
It served the purpose but it had a very low rated capacity which slowed down our work.
This is the kind of equipment that we need to modernize Philippine Agriculture, not the pieces of useless junk like those electric composting machines that government gives out every year costing billions.
