Ongoing! CLIMATE CHANGE COMMISSION ADDRESSES GLOBAL WARMING By Manny Piñol

President Rody Duterte convened today, Jan. 31, the Climate Change Commission en banc and advisory board meeting, the first since the Climate Change Act was crafted in 2009.
The Philippines is listed No. 5 among the countries most vulnerable to Climate Change.
This in spite of the fact that the country only contributes 0.3% of the world’s gas emissions.
The European Union is the world’s worst gas emiter at 28% followed by China with 25% and the United States with 14%.
The country has been battered by typhoons in greater number and intensity, a telltale sign of the effects of Climate Change.
The Duterte Presidency now addresses this problem.
This is a classic case of the industrialized countries farting with poor nations suffering from the foul smell.
