The modern bio-mass powered facility which would process chicken dung and rice hull into organic fertilizer will be moved from Anao, Tarlac to Bacolor, Pampanga.
Bacolor Mayor Joemar Hizon immediately accepted the offer to host the most modern organic fertilizer processing facility when I personally called him up Wednesday.
Designed by German and Colombian engineers, the facility is designed to address the problem of disposing chicken dung from farms in Central Luzon following a Bird Flu outbreak in August.
It is also projected to fill in the huge requirement for organic fertilizer as the country steadily moves towards the production of healthy food.
The project owned by private groups led.by Santa Josefa Farms is expected to operate first quarter of 2018.
