RAINS, THUNDERSTORMS: HAS EL NIÑO ENDED EARLY?

Rains have been falling in greater frequency lately in many parts of the country lately prompting farmers to ask whether El Niño has ended.

Agriculture needs an advisory whether it is now time to plant so the Department of Agriculture could start releasing seeds and farm inputs.
