Riding on the TRAIN DOF EXPLAINS BENEFITS FROM NEW TAX PROGRAM

During the Cabinet Meeting with President Rody Duterte on Monday, Department of Finance Sec. Carlos Dominguez presented the government’s new tax program called TRAIN or Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion.

Sec. Dominguez tasked a young Undersecretary Karl Chua to make the power point presentation and he did it in such a way that all of us in the Cabinet understood what the program’s implications are on our lives as government officials.

Today, I saw this post of the interview of popular TV talk show host Boy Abunda with Undersecretary Chua, who Sec. Dominguez said is one of his new recruits he “pirated” from the World Bank to join government.
