RODY DUTERTE APPEARS ON ABS-CBN UKG TODAY

Davao City Mayor Rody Duterte, who previously shunned media and television appearances, appears on ABS-CBNs Number 1 morning show Umagang Kay Ganda with host Ka Tonying Taberna at 6:30 a.m.

At 8 a.m. today, Mayor Duterte will be guest of ANC’s Headstart program.

Mayor Duterte’s television appearances follow his earlier pronouncement that to show respect to his friends and supporters who have been urging him to consider the Presidency, he will leave an open mind on running for the country’s highest position.

“I will leave the door open and leave God to decide,” he said in his radio program “Gikan sa Masa Para sa Masa” aired last Sunday also on ABS-CBN’s regional station in Davao City.

“Ang Presidency kasi destiny ‘yan. Kung iyo yan, sa iyo talaga mapupunta yan,” he said.
