RTL MAJOR LEGISLATIVE BLUNDER!

The Road To Hell Is Paved With Good Intentions.
I posted this in 2021, two years after the passage of the controversial Rice Tariffication Law which allowed the unimpeded entry of imported rice into the country.
I am posting this again so people will have a clear understanding of the RTL and why I had consistently opposed this which led to my public disagreements with the powerful Economic Team of the previous administration.
