These photos taken by Executive Secretary Bingbong Medialdea show President Rody Duterte enjoying his “sardinas” which was his “ulam” during the Cabinet meeting.
The prepared food for members of the Cabinet was baby back ribs with vegetables and rice, which President Duterte refused.
“Ayaw ko nyan. Bigyan nyo ako ng sardinas,” he said.
This shows that this man who now occupies the highest position in the country has not been weaned from his humble beginnings.
