Sense Of Ownership!

Our Sorghum and Soybeans Production Projects in Alamada, Cotabato employ at least 50 local farmers daily.
They do planting, weeding and spraying work and are paid the minimum wage.
They are happy with their daily earnings but yesterday I made them prouder by allowing them to own the tools that they use.
To give them a sense of ownership, I bought sprayers, tools, gloves and masks which were distributed to them.
Pero hindi libre.
The cost of the sprayers, tools and others will be deducted from their daily wages.
They will own the sprayers and the tools.
In doing this, I expect them to take care of the sprayers and farm tools.
Proud na proud sila dahil for the first time, nagkaroon sila ng Power Sprayer at mga tools.
On my part, hindi masayang ang investment ko kasi alam ko iingatan nila ang paggamit ng sprayers at tools.
