Slowly but surely EASY ACCESS CREDIT REACHES GRASSROOTS

I am happy to read this post by Negros Occidental Provincial Agriculturist Japhet Masculino that farmers and fisher folks in the CHICKS Region of the province has availed of the Production Loan Easy Access or PLEA program of DA.

This No-Collateral, Low-Interest Loaning Program is designed to provide farmers and fishermen easy access to credit.

Hopefully, more farmers and fisherfolks will be covered this year by the program managed by the Agricultural Credit Policy Council (ACPC).
