IN MUNTINLUPA CITY
Due to the request of the residents of South Metro Manila, the Department of Agriculture has opened the TienDA Farmers and Fishermen’s Outlet in Muntinlupa City today, Oct. 4 until Saturday, Oct. 6.
The TienDA in Muntinlupa is a joint project of the DA and the City Government and is located at the LGU Compound.
Farm products from Mindanao include Vegetables and Fruits while nearby regions brought in fish.
San Miguel Corp is supporting the project by selling Magnolia dressed chicken at P139 per kilo.
The National Food Authority will also be selling NFA rice at P27 per kilo.
Next week, a bigger and regular DA TienDA Malasakit Store will open in Taguig City in partnership with the City Government under Mayor Lani Cayetano.
