Vegetables, fruits, fish, chicken and other products will be sold at farm gate prices on Friday and Saturday, Sept. 28 and 29, in the Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI) Compound in San Andres, Manila and the Dept of Agriculture Compound on Elliptical Circle in Quezon City.
Tons of fresh vegetables and fruits, including 20 tons of Durian from Davao, will be the main features that f TienDA.
Tuna Panga and Tilapia from Central Luzon, along with dressed chicken, will also be sold.
First class rice varieties from Central Luzon farmers will be sold for only P40 per kilo.
No wholesale purchases will be allowed.
The outlets will open at 6 a.m.
