VIGILANT NETIZENS EXPOSE MISUSE OF GOV’T VEHICLES

Fired up by a photo of a government pick up used in a postering operation for administration candidate Mar Roxas in Zamboanga Sibugay, more netizens are sending in reports of more proofs of misuse and abuse of government equipment for political purposes.

From Zamboanga del Norte, a netizen sent in photos of mini-dumptrucks loaded with yellow campaign materials and Dipolog City government buses which were reportedly used during the arrival of Liberal Party standard bearer Manuel Roxas III in Dipolog City.

We urge both the Commission on Elections and the Office of the Ombudsman to act on these reports to restore our people’s trust in our government
