Who got the biggest SAAD funds? ZAMBO NORTE RECEIVED P68.2-M; NORTH COTABATO ONLY GOT P30-M

To counter claims by my detractors that my home province received a bigger share of the funds for Special Area for Agricultural Development, the SAAD national office released this sharing of the budget for 2018.
It shows that the biggest beneficiary of the SAAD funds was the province of Zamboanga del Norte with P68.2-M, followed by Bukidnon with P53.9-M.
North Cotabato, with a poverty incidence of 48.9%, received only P30-M and it was ranked No. 8 among the provinces with the bigger share of the SAAD funds.
