Recovered from Christine Punzalan-Esparagoza and the three men were P206,600 in P100 bills and lists of names of people with their signatures.
The two other men were identified as Catholic Church Lay Leaders or Kaabag from Mlang while the third man was identifed as a resident of Carmen.
Carmen is the hometown of Cotabato Governor Emmylou Talino-Mendoza who is running for Vice Governor to her father, Mayor Roger Talino who is running for Governor.
Lawyers of PDP Laban have prepared charges of violation of election laws but these could not be filed as no inquest fiscal was available on a Saturday in Cotabato Province.
