Impressive, Beautiful! Cactus, Succulents Garden In My Barangay Nueva Vida

On the way back to Kidapawan City last night, I decided to drop by a small Coffee Joint along the national highway in my home village, Nueva Vida in M’lang, Cotabato.
Called Cactus Cafe’, it is owned by the family of a local boy, Edgar Tusoy, whose grandfather, Braulio, led a group of Boholano migrants in establishing our barangay shortly after World War II.
Edgar, who belongs to the age group of my younger brother, Mlang Vice Mayor Joselito, and his son, Rex, happily welcomed me and led me to a Cactus and Succulents Garden which the family established just beside the Cafe’.
What I saw really amazed me.
While it was dark, I saw an impressive array of beautiful Cactus and Succulents grown in a Green House.
They call the place Green Desert Agri-Tourism Center managed by Edgar’s son, Rex, an agriculture graduate from the Central Mindanao University.
The Garden sells Cactus and Succulents to visitors who drop by but not very many know of this beautiful tourism area in my village.
I am sharing here some of the pictures taken last night but I promised Edgar and Rex that I will come back at anytime this week to take videos of this beautiful Cactus Park in my own village.
