The two young Red Cedar or “Tinikaran” behind me were the seedlings I planted at the base camp when I climbed Mt. Apo in 2000 and this photo was taken in April 2015.
I have not climbed since 2018 and I am excited to see how tall they have grown since I last saw them 7 years ago.
These trees would be 22 years old by now.
