VP BINAY CAMP SAYS GROUP LINKED TO MAR ROXAS BEHIND ‘BLACK PROP’

MANILA, Philippines―A United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) executive and spokesperson of Vice President Jejomar Binay said Monday that Interior Secretary Manuel “Mar” Roxas II is behind a take-down plot aimed at derailing Binay’s presidential bid in 2016 called“Oplan Stop Nognog 2016.”

In a statement, UNA interim secretary general Atty. JV Bautista said that the plot is a“well-funded, well-financed, and well-organized conspiracy”.
