More Irrigation Systems, both conventional and Solar-Powered, are needed in the Province of North Cotabato to achieve the goal of establishing a Rice Self-Sufficient Rice Republic.
So, as I prepare myself for the prospective new task of leading the Agricultural Development of North Cotabato, I have started doing the legwork.
Yesterday, I met with National Irrigation Administration (NIA) Administrator Eddie Guillen and Deputy Administrator Czar Sulaik to ask for additional fund allocation for more Irrigation facilities in the 2025 budget.
I am not assuming that I am sure of returning next year as Govetnor of North Cotabato.
I am just making sure that should it happen, I am prepared to work right away on Day 1.
