How’s Your English Pilipino Star Ngayon?

Let’s have a simple drill here on comprehension using this post today by a major newspaper, the Pilipino Star Ngayon.
Magkapareho ba ng kahulugan ang:
“P57 to $1 Is Not Entirely Bad.”
Kumpara sa:
“Hindi masama ang pagbaba ng value ng piso…”?
Barangay High School graduate lang ako but I know my English.
There is a world of difference between those two phrases both in context and meaning.
“Not entirely bad” means it is bad but there could be a redeeming part of it.
“Hindi masama ang pagbaba ng piso” clearly states that it is not bad in its entirety.
Also, my statement referred to the benefits of a strong US Dollar for OFWs, local producers and exporters.
The Star’s article was about the adverse effect of a depreciating peso on “ordinary Filipinos” (meron bang Extra-Ordinary Filipinos?😃)
Hmm!
Mukhang merong nag “May I go out, Mam?” o namayabas noong nagtuturo ng English si Teacher.😅
