‘Bakit Ikaw?’ Part 1 Hard Work, Discipline Moulded My Character

This is the first part of the 4-segment “Bakit Ikaw?” Program of DZRH hosted by Dr. Cesar Chavez.

In this segment, I proudly declare that I and my brothers are grandsons of a hardworking and honest grandfather who had to work as a “sacada” in Mindanao to give his children a better future.

I dedicate all of what I had achieved and what I am today to Jose Cordero Piñol, to my parents, my siblings and the relatives who were with us in the most difficult times of our lives.
