Food for thought! The Difference Between Politics and Leadership

Early today, outstanding OFW Arnel Corpuz shared with me a video of a speaker who delivered a lecture on Politics and Leadership.

It is a pity that I have no information on who the speaker is and when and where the lecture was delivered.

I found the message so interesting that I am sharing this video with you, my dear followers of this page hoping that we all would learn from this as we face one of the most critical elections in our country after the COVID 19 Pandemic ravaged our economy and ruined so many lives.

Here are the salient points the speaker:

1. Politicians focus on programs not vision

2. Politicians priority is securing the next elections, not the next generation

3. Politicians are pre occupied with promises not purpose.

A statesman is an interesting human because he thinks of the next generation.”
