A group called Stratcom has commissioned a survey which concluded that “Ayuda” Programs are “helpful.”
What a stupid conclusion!
Of course, kung bibigyan ka ng “Ayuda” na pera, “helpful” talaga yan to provide for the momentary needs.
The problem is these “Ayuda” programs which involve hundreds of billions every year in government spending are supposed to address and reduce poverty.
All told, these financial dole-outs could total to over P1-Trillion over the last decade.
So, did “Ayuda” programs reduce the poverty level in the country in the long term?
It does not take a genius to know the correct answer.
