Bukidnon IPs, Police Coop Join Cattle Raising Project

Leaders of a Bukidnon Tribal Cooperative and officers of an association of policemen will take an 11-hour trip from Malaybalay, Bukidnon to Polomolok, South Cotabato and back to see for themselves how to raise cattle in paddocks or corrals.
Lawyer Burt Estrada, chieftain of the Tagoloanon Tribe of Malaybalay and Col. Jovit Culaway police provincial director of Bukidnon will lead their teams today in visiting the Great Arch Farm in Glamang, Polomolok where outstanding OFW Arnel Corpuz breeds and fattens cattle.
Both groups are interested in starting Cattle Breeding and Fattening in Bukidnon.
Burt Estrada said Cattle Breeding and Fattening could be a new endeavor for the members of the Tagoloanon Tribe in their ancestral lands in Bukidnon.
Col. Culaway, on the other hand, says he would like to lead police officers and men of his command in undertaking livelihood ventures, especially so since they are assigned in an agricultural province.
I met with the two groups last week in Bukidnon where I briefed them on the prospects of Cattle Breeding and Fattening.
