The Fight For Rice Sufficiency Lives On!

Thank you, Atty. Bobet Torreon and don’t be sad because I have not given up the fight for Rice & Food Self-Sufficiency.
Should God grant me victory in the 2025 election for Governor, North Cotabato will become a model of a Rice Self-Sufficient province whose farmers and consumers are shielded from the vagaries of a Cartel-manipulated Rice pricing.
The National Blueprint designed when I was Secretary of Agriculture 8 years ago will be implemented at the Provincial level.
Our success will surely inspire other provinces to follow our strategy.
We will win this battle from the ground up until our country erases the ignominious distinction of being the World’s No. 1 Rice Importer.
