Binhi Ng Pag-Unlad! Bamboo, Jackfruit Seedlings In Cebu 3rd Week November

My advocacy to share planting materials of Giant Bamboo and the EVIARC Abuyog Sweet Jackfruit resumes third week of November in Cebu Province then later in the islands of Negros and Panay.
I have made a little adjustment in the distribution process para walang tampuhan kapag hindi nabigyan.
For each town, I will provide 10 Large Planting Materials (LPM) of the Giant Bamboo (sn. Dendrocalamus asper) and 2 seedlings of the Abuyog Sweet Jackfruit.
The Giant Bamboo LPM and the Abuyog Sweet Jackfruit seedlings will serve as Mother Trees which will be the source of planting materials for the municipality in 3 to 5 years.
These planting materials will be turned over either to the Municipal Agriculture and Fisheries Council (MAFC) Chairman or the Municipal Agriculture Officer.
The recipients will sign a document where they will commit that they will share the planting materials with farmers in their area as soon as the Mother Trees mature.
In each province, I will designate a coordinator for the distribution program who will designate a meeting place and date for the MAFC chairpersons or the MAOs to come and pick up their planting materials.
Sorry, hindi ko kaya na ihatid sa bawat bayan o siyudad ang mga planting materials.
Kung hindi ma claim ng MAFCs and MAOs ang kanilang allocation, the planting materials will be given out to those who are interested on a first come, first served basis.
For Cebu Province with 44 towns, I will allocate 500 Giant Bamboo LPMs and 100 Abuyog Sweet Jackfruit Seedlings.
This is my simple and modest contribution to the advocacy to achieve the Green Philippines Program which is an expanded version of the Green Mindanao Program which I started as Chairman of the Mindanao Development Authority.
I may not live long enough to see the realization of my dream to see the Philippines green again in satellite images but at least I am contributing to the fulfillment of that dream now.
