Cotabato could become the Free-Range Chicken Capital Of the Philippines in three years.
We have all the basic materials needed to achieve this goal – a Chicken breed proven to thrive well in the province, Manok Pinoy.
We also have the needed materials to produce quality feeds to include Corn, Sorghum, Soybeans and Copra Meal.
All that is needed is a well-planned Free-Range Chicken Production Program where farming families are given the Chicken and feeds with Provincial Vets monitoring and supervising the program.
Most important of all would be a Provincial LGU-initiated Buy-Back Program, processing and marketing program.
This is another Complete-Value-Chain Project which is going to be part of the Corporate Governance in the Province.
