I, Farm Boy! KEEN EYES, QUICK DECISIONS KEY TO SUCESSFUL FARMING

Just like soldiers in battle, farmers must have keen eyes, total grasp of the situation and decisive actions to succeed in farming.
Since the farmer supervises living things – plants and animals – he cannot afford to delay interventions the moment he sees a problem.
Failure to act immediately could lead to death of the plants and animals and losses to the farmers.
At the onset of the rainy season, I noticed that our chicks in the free range were affected by the daily downpour.
Nanamlay ang mga sisiw at yong iba nagkasipon, in spite of the immunization.
So, we decided to implement changes and immediately built roofed brooders.
Kinukumpleto muna namin ang immunization, especially NCD, Coryza at Mycoplasma, bago bitawan sa free range.
The effort paid off as we were able to produce healthier chicks which in turn will grow to be vigorous chicken for meat and eggs.
