I, Farm Boy! Planting Giant Bamboo

Marami ang nagtatanong kung paano daw itanim ang mga plantig materials ng Giant Bamboo na ipinamamahagi ko sa boung Pilipinas.

Hindi po ako expert sa Bamboo Farming at kamakailan ko lang inumpisahan ang pagpaparami ng semilya ng Giant Bamboo sa aking nursery sa Kidapawan City.

Pero sa tulong ng ating mga kaibigan na matagal nang involved sa Bamboo Industry, tulad ni Myrna Decipulo na kinikilalang Nanay ng Giant Bamboo Propagation Program, at nina Rod Bioco, Bobby Tinsay at Roger Navarro ng Mindanao Bamboo Industry Development Council ay nabigyan ako ng instructions.

Today, I am sharing this instructional video on how to propagate and plant the Giant Bamboo planting materials.

I hope this helps in boosting the Green Philippines Advocacy program that I initiated to lead the campaign for the protection of the remaining 6% of the country’s forest cover and tehe planting of bamboo, fruit trees, industrial trees and endemic trees in the denuded highlands and mountains of the country.
