Early this morning, I checked on my EVIARC Sweet Jackfruit orchard where I have over 500 fruiting trees.
As I was sharing knowledge on the protection of the fruits from Fruit Borers by wrapping these with treated polyethylene bags, I noticed that there was an improper bagging of two young fruits.
I had to personally redo the bagging so that the development of the fruits would be correct.
This is a perfect example why we, farmers who also have other tasks in life, should really find time to visit and check our farms.
Hindi talaga puede ang remote-control farming at i-asa na lang sa trabahante ang gawain sa farm.
Most of them actually do their work without personal attachment.
Kailangan talaga hands on farmer.
