I, Farm Boy! Silage Feeding Works!

Seventy-five days since we shifted from cut-and-carry forage feeds to fermented silage with feed mix, our goats are showing improved body mass and better health.
They have adapted to the silage kept in vacuum bags for at least 14 days and are no longer fed with a variety of forage that the workers used to harvest daily.
Most of all, we have eliminated the problem of feed shortage because the chopped forage kept in silage bags could be stored for as long as five years.
So now, the boys in the farm would only spend one day harvesting Sorghum stalks (lately, Pakchong), chop these using mechanized choppers and place these in vacuum bags.
What I would like to focus on now is learning from experts how to improve our feeds for the pregnant and lactating foes to give them more milk.
