In spite of the long brownouts affecting the hatching of the eggs and the very tight financial situation of the Braveheart Farms, Manok PiNoy chicks just keep on coming keeping the hope burning.
From only about 25 to 30 daily egg production, the young pullets and older hens in the breeding yards now produce at least 150 eggs daily allowing us to incubate at least 1,000 eggs weekly.
We expect the egg production to increase as more young pullets reach breeding age.
With God’s blessings and grace, we hope to be able to produce at least 10,000 heads of Manok PiNoy for the market monthly starting December this year.
This will be enough initially to satisfy the requirements of our prospective customers who have been waiting for the delivery of Manok PiNoy to their specialty restaurants.
Along the way, we will continue saving and keeping selected young pullets for future breeding.
Our target is to have at least 5,000 breeding hens or pullets in the yards by next year.
