Manok Pinoy Breeders Reach Sexual Maturity

At 5 months old, our foundation stocks for the production of the Manok Pinoy Free-range Chicken are now starting to breed.
Although the pullets are not laying eggs yet, we have to prepare the nests with dummy eggs and we have to increase the protein content of their feeds to at least 18 to 19%.
At this stage, we also have to make sure that they are healthy and deworming is a must.
When the hens are healthy, they produce good quality and fertile eggs.
