Dryland “Kangkong” (sn: Ipomea aquatica) grows wild in my farm along with “Lupo” and “Kulitis.”
After days of endless Lechon served in many gatherings, I decided to have “Adobong Kangkong” for breakfast mixed with shredded Tuna from General Santos City.
