In a recent study on the effects of the COVID 19 Pandemic on the lives of Filipinos, three major issues were raised – Pagkain, Trabaho at Health Security.
Ang tanong: Natugunan ba ng budget allocation ang mga kailangan to address the concerns of our people and the need for an immediate economic recovery?
Bakit nasa No. 8 lang ang Agriculture with a budget of less than P70-B samantalang No. 2 ang Infrastructure with a budget of almost P700-B?
Sa isang giyera na limitado ang bala mo, are you going to focus your volume of fire on a flank that does not pose immediate danger rather than confront a threat that could affect your survival?
Hindi ito mahirap na maunawaan, unless the allocation of a budget for infrastructure 10 times bigger than food production is motivated by a selfish agenda.
I am not making conclusions. I am merely raising a very serious concern on the judicious utilization of our limited financial resources.
