Our “Biggest Badiang” Challenge started last week generated a lot of interest from farmers and gardeners, mainly because of the guaranteed prize of One Set of Manok Pinoy breeders consisting of one rooster and 5 hens.
Marami po ang nagpadała ng pictures, some of which attempted to display their beautiful faces rather than the “Badiang.”
As of yesterday, however, the “Biggest Badiang Challenge” leading entry is an 18-ft. high “Badiang” in Sitio Mariva, Sumilil, Bagumbayan, Sultan Kudarat.
The photo of the Giant “Badiang” was taken by farmer-leader Romulo Fajardo in the land owned by farmer Alvin Sibug, 40.
So far, among all the photos submitted, ito ang pinakamalaking “Badiang” na entry.
But we still have until the end of the month before we end the submission of entries, so just send your photo.
After this, we will hold other contests like “Biggest Bull,” “Biggest Goat,” “Biggest Chicken,” and other outstanding products by our farmers.
Katuwaan lang!
